For many who were prepubescent teens at the time, this character was a real sight to behold. If only for her dripping and unapologetic sexuality. She was bored, privileged and attractive. She manipulated her step brother with her erotic prowess; her demeanor and confidence are striking to witness.

19. Bonnie Parker in Bonnie and Clyde

The ultimate ride or die chick that still had a mind of her own and courage of steel. What made this character so great was her ability to be reckless, devoted and consistent in how she carried herself and her love for Clyde was unwavering.

18. Regina George in Mean Girls

Likely this character was so brilliant because of McAdams portrayal but she was pure upper crust snottiness and entitlement. Yet underneath lurked a very insecure girl. This came to light towards the end of the film but the way she navigated her role was impressive and even made you feel a bit of empathy regarding her shortcomings.
